When you are refilling the toothpaste tube, always remove the white cap before refilling to allow the air escape. Twist off the green cap at the base of the toothpaste tube and attach your favorite toothpaste. Squeeze the toothpaste into the Toob toothbrush container until full. Once complete, twist the top and bottom cap back onto the refillable tube and you're ready to brush!

Toob's toothbrush bristles are durable and built to last, but should be soft on your teeth and gums. If your bristles are starting to stick together and/or become hard, you are likely experiencing a toothpaste buildup in the bristles. Run warm water over your toothbrush head to loosen the residual toothpaste residue and your bristles should be back to being soft and ready for brushing!

If the black end cap on your toothbrush won’t twist open, there is likely hardened toothpaste stuck in the treads. Stand the refillable white toothpaste tube in an inch of water in the sink overnight to dissolve the toothpaste buildup.

Yes! The protective cover on your toothbrush head doubles as a rinse cap. Just put one finger over the vent hole on the cap, fill with water, and rinse!
